Is Wine a Beverage or a Food? That is a debate for another time, but the thought should be pondered. When we are planning our menu for our meals, do you consider the wine you will serve? I have to admit, it never crossed my mind! So, why am I writing about it now? So, glad you asked. Food and wine pairing recommendations is an awesome way to enhance your meals and your evening and turn any meal into an event.
My husband is the wine drinker in the family and is really just getting a good handle on pairing food and wine. We have joined a fine wine of the month club that is a discovery club! Although I do not drink but have grown to love this club, the discoveries of friends, recipes, and the fun of the Wednesdays of our Wine and Dine Show. Yep, the largest wine and dine experience in the world, it is so much fun!
Food and Wine Pairing: The Wine and Dine Show
It is called “The Wine and Dine Show”. You have to check this out!!! People that belong to this fine wine club meet virtually every Wednesday and prepare awesome meals and pair them with wine that we have received from our wine of the month club. This is so much fun and educational! Yes, I used Fun and educational in the same sentence! LOL

I highly recommend this club, it is the absolute best way to get access to a truly fine wine that is crafted in the pristine Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley. There is a vast difference between the vine purchased in the local liquor department and the fine wines received from this wine of the month club.
