I have three Great reasons why I Wine & Dine that I just have to share. Matching food and wine is an ongoing wonderful experiment. The longer I am in my wine club the more excited I get about matching food and wine. We are having so much fun sharing information about wine, growing our wine cellars, growing our recipe files, growing our businesses, and growing our bank accounts.

This is a time that we all virtually get together, cook meals and pair them with a wine that we recently received from our wine club. Each week are new recipes and wine pairing adventures. You never really know who is going to join in the fun as the guest cooks show us their favorite meals and matching food and wine. Just fun-loving people with a desire to share their favorite recipe and the fine wine that pairs well with it. Discover new wines, new recipes and really great people that are awesome to hang out with. You never know what you will discover! Come and join the largest Wine and Dine party in the world. The experience and the knowledge
The experience and knowledge come in second after the fun. The wine club I mentioned above is great. What an experience it has been to learn so much about premium wines. I wrote the article “Know Wine – No Whine” that outlines some of the interesting facts about wine. It is a very interesting subject once you start really learning about it. We have learned so much about matching food and wine, tasting wines, and how to relax and enjoy wines. These Wine and Dine parties have really become our usual Wednesday evening to have fun, learn new recipes, cooking tips, and the pairing of wine with the food.

The Wine and Dine events have been so exciting and fun. Meeting new friends has been a bonus. The experience and the knowledge that I have gained have been great.
